THE PROCESS
Powder coating is a dry finishing process in which we electrostatically charge dry particles and then apply them to grounded materials. The electrostatic attraction holds the powder particles on the surface being coated until we add heat to flow the powder coats and cure them.

Representing 15% of all industrial coatings, powder coats are used for high-quality and durable finishes. They help to maximize production, simplify environmental compliance, and improve efficiency.

We have a wide variety of colors and textures for clients who want to utilize powder coating for decorative or functional purposes. We have also used a wide array of technologies to increase its performance properties.

Our powder coats are based on polymer resin systems mixed with leveling agents, pigments, curatives, and other additives. We use a spray gun to apply the coating, which generates an electrostatic charge, attracting the coating to the target surface.
Powder coating helps protect the toughest machinery with the roughest surfaces. It offers more durability than liquid coatings, giving the surfaces resistance to chemicals, moisture, ultraviolet rays, snow, and impact.​
