Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating is a high-performance solution designed for internal pipe applications up to 80°C. The process begins with a thorough cleaning of the pipe to remove grease, oil, scale, and rust, followed by a preliminary paint layer to ensure even application. The pipe is then rotated continuously, allowing the powder coating to melt and spread evenly on the hot surface. This coating is ideal for pipes ranging from 2 to 48 inches in diameter and offers excellent chemical and impact resistance.

Belzona coating, is suitable for pipes exposed to temperatures up to 93°C and is especially effective for larger pipes. After abrasively blasting the pipe, the coating is applied through a combination of spraying and brushing to ensure complete coverage. This coating cures in approximately 24 hours, providing robust solvent and chemical resistance, excellent weather properties, and a fantastic finish detention.
